Living in a world where adults didn’t exist

So I was watching The Tribe, a TV series and one of the main issues in this series is what would happen if adults didn’t exist? I mean, what happens if all the adults suddenly disappeared and all that was left are young kids and young adolescents?

Well in this TV series, it is mainly based on this idea. From what I’ve seen, there is only anarchy mainly power and chaos. There’s no law or order in the world. Every child is out there for themselves. Just like the quote “Survival of the fittest”. Yet in this TV series there are some kids who are trying to bring back law and order. This group is known as the Mallrats. Their idea is to bring back civilisation to where it used to be. They try to give hope to the younger kids and giving them a reason to live for.

This TV series explores the question “Can a group of kids be able to change the world since the adults’ departure and bring it back to where it used to be?”. As the series goes on, the Mallrats are faced with other issues and ideas, these includes; early teen pregnancy, drinking at a young age, surviving in the world, democracy, law and order amongst other tribes, secrets, power and chaos and sex.

I found that watching this TV series has made me realise what would happen to this world if adults were to disappear. How can society be able to work out due to this disappearance? How long will it be for civilisation be restored?
